Right Diet For Healthy Life....

We all are aware of good effects of balanced diet and ill effects of unrestricted diet. Breakfast should be the richest meal, followed by frequent small feeds throughout the day. Cereal intake should be restricted after 8 PM, and more of roughage should be added like salads. Give yourself a gap of around 2 hours between last meal and hitting the bed. Maintaining a food diary helps us in following the diet schedule we have prepared for us, helping us keep track of our indulgences in between.
